The AmeriGlide Universal Outside Wheelchair or Scooter Carrier 350 offers the convenience of being able to carry either a power chair or a scooter with one carrier. This carrier is compatible with virtually every scooter or power chair available and uses easy to operate retractors to secure the scooter or power chair. The Swing Away Option allows the unoccupied carrier to be easily pivoted away from the vehicle to gain clear access to the trunk, lift gate or tailgate.
This hitch-mounted wheelchair carrier weighs only 105 pounds, leaving 245 pounds of capacity for your wheelchair or scooter. The platform size is 42 X 27, large enough to accommodate even 4-wheel scooters and larger powered wheelchairs.
