Harmar's Universal Scooter Lift is a super-strong external hitch-mounted carrier that will give you years of dependable operation. Its platform folds up automatically when not in use and the lift is designed to transport full-sized scooters safely on the outside of your vehicle. The Universal Scooter Lift can lift and carry up to 350 pounds and can be used with Class II or larger trailer hitches. Please note that the weight of your scooter plus the weight of the lift must not exceed your vehicle's hitch rating. This scooter carrier weighs 95 pounds, leaving 255 pounds for your scooter.
